Every special project begins with a conversation, we suggest a private consultation. It's an opportunity to genuinely connect, understand your needs, and explore design possibilities. This appointment is a collaborative yet guided space, where we discuss materials, stones, design direction, and practical considerations. We'll outline the next steps, provide clarity on timelines and set expectations. Whenever you decide to move forward, you can expect to place a deposit to initiate the design phase and place your project into our queue.
Our Approach
No two bespoke projects follow the same path. We tailor our process to suit the unique scope and ethos of each piece, adapting the individual steps as needed. Some projects begin with a detailed proposal to refine the vision, others may require design sketches or wax model prototypes. Each decision is measured, thoughtful, and never rushed. Our creations are inherently original, with our most successful bespoke pieces emerging from a shared creative sensibility - when our clients resonate with our aesthetic, and we refine it to suit their vision.

We deliver each finished piece with intention: beautiful and built to last. We will provide or arrange appraisals as needed and explain and update any paperwork you may already have. Proper care and maintenance are essential to longevity, and we're here to guide you in preserving your piece - through routine cleanings, periodic inspections or future adjustments. Stone & Metal Requirements
We are always honored to work with family stones. If you have heirloom gems, we will assess and determine if they can be reset safely and if they are suited for the type of wear your new piece of jewelry will experience. Every gemstone has its own magic but not all will survive removal, resetting or the demands of daily wear. Our goal is to preserve both the integrity of the stone and the meaning it holds. Any stones that we provide will be to our quality standards, natural, and ethically sourced. We will not re-use or "melt down" your old gold. Instead, we will apply the market value of your gold toward any bespoke project. All gold provided will be recycled and freshly re-alloyed to ensure our quality standards.
- Stones must be free of cracks, chips, surface treatments like diffusion, and fracture filling.
- Stones should be an appropriate size and hardness for your project.
- We supply our own highly calibrated melee for any design using stones under 2mm.
- There is always a risk that stones will crack, chip or break upon removal and resetting. You assume this risk.
- Your stones should be insured before we perform any work.

We will not replicate other designers' work. The pieces we create are rooted in our own aesthetic and design philosophy. While we tailor each bespoke project to our client, we work within our established style, and may not accommodate every design approach. We will not adjust, add to, or re-work existing jewelry. With over two decades of design experience, we bring a wide breadth of knowledge of craftsmanship, materials, and wearability to every project.

Certain design tolerances - such as bezel width, prong size and height, and shank proportions are non-negotiable. These expert guidelines ensure durability, security, and long term wearability. We work exclusively in platinum, 18k white, grey, yellow and rose gold, and use only natural ethically sourced or reclaimed diamonds and gemstones. Every detail of your bespoke piece is considered not only to be visually striking, but also to be of the highest, lasting quality.
