Returns and Exchanges

At J Albrecht Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return policy for non-custom-made items, which includes any items that are not special orders, but are purchased directly from our showcases.

Refunds:

  • Eligible Items: Non-custom-made items purchased directly from our showcases can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Please note that any item that has been custom-made, ordered from a design partner, or altered specifically for you is non-refundable.
  • Custom deposits are non refundable once our promised work is performed.
  • Refunds are only available to the purchaser.
  • Refunds can take up to 20 days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase. We will happily assist you in finding a beautiful replacement from our collection.
