25mm Ancient Coin with Owl & Athena

The Athenian Owl tetradrachm is unquestionably one of the most influential coins ever produced, circulating widely across the Mediterranean and setting a lasting standard for both stylization and symbolism. Its design is direct and enduring: Athena in composed profile; the owl, alert and grounded; the olive branch, a gesture toward prosperity and cultivation. The imagery was so clear, so assured, that it required little explanation. Even now, thousands of years later, it reads immediately.
