Generally we offer a 15 day refund for non custom made items, which are items purchased directly from our show cases. Any item that has been custom made, ordered from a design partner, or altered for you is non refundable.

WHEN SHIPPING TO US
Please make sure the package does not mention jewelry or diamonds. All items being returned for exchange or refund require previous authorization, please call or email before sending anything. Insurance on packages sent to us is the responsibility of the shipper. Please include proof of purchase with your package. Please include your name, phone number and email.

When sending us your stones for custom work
In order to ship our diamonds or gemstones to us for custom work, they will need to be insured, in order to do this you need some documentation regarding their quality and value, an appraisal or an accredited certificate is best. It is your responsibility to know (and prove) what you are sending us. Once we receive your package we will verify its contents and contact you. Once your items are in our possession they are insured against loss or theft. We do not insure your diamonds/gemstones against breakage or damage while being worked on by us, Entering into custom project you accept the very slight possibility of your stones being broken or chipped while being worked on. We are happy to discuss or help you sort out your items before you ship them to us, please call or email us directly.
